| Reverie is the story of a varke and self-styled god, Alanal, who is tracked down by another varke even more powerful than him: the progenitor of his line, Niloein. Alanal struggles with this emotionless husk's presence even after he reluctantly agrees to help the man on his quest. Along the way, the two gather other varke created by the ancient into an army of sorts, to wreak vengeance on the creature who trapped Niloein in a block of ice so many years ago... His own sire. |
